I’m Kristin Roche—founder of Kindred Ops and a longtime People & Operations leader.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped mission-driven startups grow with intention—leading teams, building operational infrastructure, and creating cultures that can scale without losing their soul. I’ve worn many hats: executive, advisor, culture builder, systems thinker. And through it all, one thing has stayed true: I believe the way we grow matters as much as how far we go.

I started Kindred Ops to help founders and teams navigate growth with more clarity, connection, and care. I bring a steady hand, strategic insight, and deep respect for the humans behind the work.
